1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any report, product, or service from What Is My Business Worth LLC ("What Is My Business Worth," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our services. Completing a purchase constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of Our Reports

What Is My Business Worth provides automated business valuation estimates ("Reports") generated using proprietary algorithms, publicly available market data, and private transaction databases. Our Reports are:

• Preliminary estimates intended for informational and planning purposes only
• Generated algorithmically based on information provided by the customer
• Based on comparable transaction data that may not perfectly reflect your specific business circumstances
• A starting point for further research and professional consultation — not a final determination of value

3. Not a Professional Appraisal or Financial Advice

Our reports should not be used as:

• The sole basis for setting a final asking price for your business
• Evidence of value in legal proceedings, divorce settlements, estate planning, or tax purposes
• A substitute for a certified appraisal from a licensed Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) or Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA)
• Financial or investment advice of any kind

We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified business broker, certified appraiser, or M&A attorney before making any significant financial decisions related to the sale or valuation of your business.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, What Is My Business Worth LLC, its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the Report
• Any financial loss, lost profits, or damages arising from reliance on the Report
• Any difference between the estimated valuation and the actual sale price of your business
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Any decisions made based on the information contained in the Report

In no event shall What Is My Business Worth LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Report ($297 or as otherwise stated at time of purchase).

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Because our Reports are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, and because we incur data and processing costs at the time of generation, all purchases are non-refundable. This applies regardless of:

• Whether you agree with the valuation estimate provided
• Whether the estimated value differs from your expectations
• Whether you ultimately decide to sell your business
• Any dissatisfaction with the Report's conclusions

If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your Report, contact us at support@exitvaluereport.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

6. Accuracy & Data Sources

Our valuation estimates are generated using a combination of:

• Information you provide during the intake process
• Comparable private business transaction data
• Industry-specific revenue and EBITDA multiple ranges
• Current market condition data and buyer demand signals

The accuracy of your Report is directly dependent on the accuracy of information you provide. What Is My Business Worth LLC is not responsible for inaccurate estimates resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information submitted during the intake process.

Market conditions change continuously. Our Reports reflect data available at the time of generation and may not reflect subsequent market changes.

7. Confidentiality & Data Use

We take your privacy seriously. Information you provide during the intake process:

• Is used solely to generate your Report
• Is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, buyers, brokers, or competitors
• Is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel
• May be retained in anonymized, aggregated form to improve our valuation models

Your business name and financial details will never appear in any public database or be shared with any third party without your express written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

Your Report is licensed to you for personal use only. You may:

• Share your Report with advisors, attorneys, or potential partners in connection with a potential sale
• Use your Report for internal planning and decision-making

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publish your Report or any portion of it without written permission from What Is My Business Worth LLC. All methodology, formatting, and analytical frameworks contained in the Report are the intellectual property of What Is My Business Worth LLC.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation against What Is My Business Worth LLC.

10. Changes to These Terms

What Is My Business Worth LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
